Breakage Protection Guarantee

If your pottery arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To process a replacement:

  1. 1Email photos of the damage to elouis@ycpottery.com
  2. 2Return the broken pottery piece to the studio (required for UPS insurance)
  3. 3A replacement or equal-value vessel will be shipped to you free of charge
